SINAI's Karasick Shalem High School at Torah Academy of Bergen County (TABC) in Teaneck seeks full-time assistant teachers for the 2026-27 school year. The ideal candidate will support high school boys with disabilities in academic, vocational, and social settings throughout the school day. Experience with special education in a school or informal setting is a plus. Great opportunity for an individual pursuing education, psychology, or social work.

Serving children with a wide range of developmental, intellectual, and complex learning disabilities throughout the New York metropolitan area, Sinai operates eight special education schools, each integrated within a partner mainstream Jewish day school or high school. Sinai students are full, participating members of their inclusive partner school communities. Accredited by the prestigious Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, Sinai tailor-crafts a highly individualized program for each student based on his or her specific needs.

Our elementary schools partner with Rosenbaum Yeshiva of North Jersey in River Edge, NJ; Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy in Livingston, NJ; SAR Academy in Riverdale, NY; and YCQ in Queens, NY.

Our high schools partner with Rae Kushner Yeshiva High School in Livingston, NJ; Torah Academy of Bergen County in Teaneck, NJ; Ma'ayanot High School in Teaneck, NJ; and Heichal Hatorah in Teaneck, NJ.

We also operate S.H.E.L.I, a supervised residence for adult men in Teaneck, NJ.
