We are seeking a motivated, polished, and customer-focused Senior Living Advisor to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Position Summary:
The Senior Living Advisor is responsible for communicating the benefits of life at Sinai Residences to prospective residents and their families. This role focuses on building trust, nurturing relationships, generating referrals, and guiding prospects through every phase of the sales journey, from initial inquiry through move-in.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources
• Conduct phone outreach, tours, appointments, and follow-up activities to drive occupancy goals
• Participate in marketing events, networking opportunities, and community outreach efforts
• Manage and track sales activity to ensure effectiveness and achievement of performance goals
• Guide future residents through the selection and move-in process with professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain knowledge of residency agreements, disclosure statements, state regulations, and the competitive market
• Support admissions coordination and skilled nursing admissions processes as needed
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on strategy, training, and customer engagement initiatives

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of senior living sales or related sales experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-through abilities
• Professional appearance, presentation, and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
