At Shorashim Hebrew School we understand that children learn best through hands-on activities, music, theater, movement, games, and connecting with their community. Our classes meet in mixed-age groups to provide the children greater depth of learning through the experience of transitioning from the role of a novice to the role of a mentor. Activities are designed with different levels and extensions built into the curriculum, to meet each child where they are in their learning journey.​
