Title: Administrative Assistant (Temporary - through May 2025)

Reports to: Lev Amor, Director of Programs & Operations

FTE: 20 hours per week; in office; M-F standard business hours, flexible days and times

SUMMARY

Do you love both spreadsheets and people? We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly

organized problem-solver to support our operations, events, and marketing

functions. You are the right partner for this temporary part-time role, if you want to

contribute your experience in project coordination and administration to support a

nonprofit that is on a mission to end domestic violence in Jewish homes.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide administrative support to development activities and campaigns,

including our annual gala and small fundraising events

2. Coordinate and produce email campaigns, marketing materials, social media,

and website content

3. Assist with donation entry and maintain accurate spreadsheet and CRM

entries

4. Provide executive assistance, as needed

COMPENSATION: $27-30/hr DOE

QUALIFICATIONS

● Experience with finance administration, HR, or operations

● Experience with project coordination

● Advanced Excel proficiency

● Experience with CRMs, preferred

● Experience with Canva and Constant Contact, preferred

● Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail

● An interest in working at a mission-driven organization, which aims to end

domestic violence in Jewish homes
