Who We AreShaloh House in Boston, MA is a vibrant center of Russian‑Jewish life. Shaloh House is composed of three departments: an early childhood program (preschool), a Jewish day school, and an after‑school program. Our teachers weave a love for Judaism and Torah study with outstanding secular academics, taught in English, Hebrew, and Russian. PositionShaloh House is looking for a skilled educational administrator to lead admissions and enrollment and to contribute to recruitment and community engagement. Responsibilities include:- Recruit new families and students to the school through outreach and follow‑up, engaging with the community, managing the admissions process, and completing key administrative tasks.- Work with administrative staff to secure necessary student records and manage documentation for admissions and testing.- Orient new families and students to Shaloh House and support their transition.- Manage re‑enrollment processes and timelines.- Create and manage communications and materials for prospective parents and donors; provide input to the management team on enrollment growth strategies and execution.
