Who We AreShaloh House, located in Brighton, MA (Boston), is a vibrant center of Russian‑Jewish life. Shaloh House is comprised of the Barbara Cuzovsky preschool and Shaloh House Jewish Day School. Shaloh House is seeking for a skilled educational administrator to shape and elevate our student recruitment and community engagement to the next level. Responsibilities include:- Develop a communications strategy and marketing plan- Develop partnerships with local community organizations; conduct school tours and follow‑ups; engage with the community; manage the admissions funnel- Work with administrative staff to secure necessary student documentation- Orient new families and students to Shaloh House and support their integration into the school community- Manage re‑enrollment processes- Create and promote events for current parents; provide input to the management team on activities to increase retention- Oversee and execute activities to increase retention Who You Are- Passionate about excellence in learning; understand and support even the youngest child’s ability to learn and engage with the world- A community builder able to create strong relationships with current and prospective parents and others relevant to our mission- Able to see both the forest and the trees; understand how day‑to‑day operations (admissions tours, parent‑teacher communication, events) affect the big picture- Strong collaborator with excellent communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects- Experience with marketing/communications and admissions processes preferred Salary and Benefits- Salary range: $65,000–$70,000 per year (based on education and experience)- Vacation: 12 days; Jewish and US holidays- Benefits include medical How to applyPlease send a cover letter and resume to jobs@shaloh.org.
