We are Secure Community Network (SCN), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) serving as the official safety and security organization of the Jewish community in North America. The Manager, Intelligence Technology is responsible for Secure Community Network's intelligence-related software platforms, including, but not limited to administration, system design and configuration, user training, vendor selection, and ongoing management of vendor relationships. The Manager will also be responsible for developing and deploying new integrations between systems and will be instrumental in identifying, vetting, and onboarding new systems. In addition, this role is responsible for analyzing performance data and ensuring responsible, effective, and efficient operations to show continued value and ensure continuity of operations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage intelligence technology platforms, including uptime, integrations, migrations, and future projects.
- Manage cross-functional work between sections and divisions regarding the use of technology platforms.
- Draft and maintain SOPs and Protocols for intelligence technology integrations that enable daily operations, including system diagrams, configuration details, and administrative guides.
- Manage vendor contracts, vendor relationships, and their systems in support of uptime and system stability.
- Conduct deep technical due diligence on vendor solutions and integrations.
- Initiate, continue, and resolve technology incidents with vendors and their support teams when emergency outages or degradations of service occur.
- Develop and document failover plans in the event of catastrophic technology failures.
- Plan, review, and execute new technology integrations and projects in support of evolving operational standards and organizational needs and requirements.
- Work proactively to identify and vet new technologies and capabilities in support of SCN mission and objectives.
- Activate as part of the incident response team during high-priority and critical incidents to ensure technological systems support response operations, including outreach to vendor points of contact.
- Maintain positive working relationships with technology vendors and ensure solution value is constantly being measured and delivered.
- Engage in reporting on technology return on investment and provide data back to vendor teams in support of contract renewal conversations.
- Report quarterly systems performance in alignment with operational goals while recognizing, identifying, and resolving any system-impacting issues.
- Develop and deliver update/new feature/changes documents for users.
- Assist with technical project management.
- Coordinate relevant duties with the Information Security and Information Technology functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least five years of relevant experience in project management, customer success, or product implementation or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong background in the administration and integration of SaaS based platforms, including specific knowledge of intelligence technology platforms (Ontic, Protecht, Everbridge, Flashpoint, Navigator, etc.)
- Working knowledge and experience with cloud-based security tools.
- Working knowledge of basic Microsoft O365, Azure, and AWS.
- Experience in platform implementation and integration, training, user support, and administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with and train end-users and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to design and implement scalable, best-practice solutions.
- Documented history of successful project completion.
- Adept at translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Responsive to end-user and stakeholder requests and questions.

The target annual salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000. Final annual salary offered will be determined through a thorough assessment of multiple factors and criteria which may include candidate experience and qualifications, available market data, internal salary equity, and budget considerations.
