Program and Communications Coordinator

Location: Congregation Beth Tikvah, Marlton NJ

Salary: $23 to $25 per hour

Skills: Strong people skills, knowledge of Google Suites, Constant Contact and Shulcloud software

Organization Type: Synagogue

Hours: In-person part time position, approximately 25 hours per week

Responsibilities: A good candidate will be organized, have good attention to detail and understand the importance of deadlines. Individuals with good communication skills will do well. The job reports to a single supervisor but requires coordination with multiple volunteers and staff to produce weekly newsletters, schedule events, ensure supports are in place for programs and manage calendar to avoid conflicts. Must also work with other staff on traditional office tasks.
