Job Overview

The Ruth and Norman Rales Jewish Family Services is actively seeking a Director of Grants Management. The Director of Grants Management will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and facilitating the project development, reporting, administrating and writing of all grants received by JFS to support our programs. This includes developing proposals and budgets, requesting and organizing information provided from the various program managers, facilitating the reporting to each funder as required by the grant, managing any issues with the grant directly with the funder, and management of any sub-contracted grants to outside consultants, collaborating organizations, and/or other JFS staff.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least seven years of experience and a proven track record in grant management and reporting, preferably in a non- profit environment. Knowledge of government and non-government grant programs preferred.
• Must be highly organized and able to work effectively with others within specific time constraints and must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to analyze data related to the grants reporting. Candidate must have strong writing and proof reading/editing skills.
• Must have advanced proficiency in Excel and AI tools to enhance data analysis, streamline processes, and optimize grant management workflows.
• Must be able to operate logically, effectively, proactively and professionally in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
