Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services is currently hiring a full time Co-located Therapist. This position will provide mental Health counseling for Palm Beach County students in Elementary School. The role is responsible to identify and engage students with mental health issues within the school setting. Interventions include early intervention, prevention and crisis management. This position is also responsible to work with the school staff and faculty to address the needs of students and their families. This position is a 12-month position. 10 months in the school system, 2 months on-site with JFS with Outreach Department.

Required Education & Experience:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field
• Prefer school setting experience and working with trauma and other mental health needs. Background in individual and group counseling
• Individual Counseling
• Mental Health treatment
• Trauma care
• Child and Adolescent behavior
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence
