Rose Community Foundation seeks a Director of Collaborative Philanthropy to oversee and advance the Foundation’s giving circle initiatives and other collaborative giving efforts. The Director of Collaborative Philanthropy is a strategic, relationship-oriented and highly collaborative leader who facilitates meaningful donor engagement while advancing effective and inclusive philanthropy and enhancing the culture of philanthropy in our region. The Director of Collaborative Philanthropy is a member of the Philanthropic Services team, which supports the Foundation’s donors and fundholders, while fostering philanthropic partnerships, fundraising campaigns, nonprofit endowment development, and giving circles. This full-time, exempt position’s hiring range is $89,000 – 110,000. We operate on a structured hybrid model where staff work in the office/community at least three days per week and have the option to work remotely up to two days per week.
