Role & OpportunitiesLocated in Foster City, Ronald C. Wornick Jewish Day School is a TK-8 community day school. The Admissions Outreach Coordinator will be a key ambassador for Wornick, supporting the admissions process for applicant families and community engagement/outreach events, reporting to the Director of Admissions & Community Engagement.Key responsibilities include growing the admissions pipeline, increasing inquiries and visits, coordinating offsite coffees and gatherings, building partnerships with feeder schools, and leading social media content creation and posting. This role requires strong public speaking and interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Essential Duties:- Develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, and enroll prospective students and families (TK–8)- Grow pool of applicants via feeder school relationships, community events, referrals- Serve as initial point of contact at outreach events; guide families through the admissions process- Develop and manage social media content to communicate school value and grow inquiries- Partner with Communications & Marketing to disseminate materials across channels- Support on-campus recruiting events; gather community feedback to adjust messaging- Take photos/videos for admissions and social media; welcome prospective families warmly- Support tours, observations, applicant files and database; represent Wornick to families and organizations- Revise/update admissions documents and reports; support diversity goals; other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree required (communication, business, or marketing preferred)- Proficient in Google Suite and CRM software; knowledge of Jewish community/Day Schools a bonus- Non-profit experience preferred; must clear background checkKey Skills & Competencies:- Outstanding organization and attention to detail; creative problem-solving- Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative; cultural competency- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines; exceptional people skills and phone etiquette- Relationship building; quick learner of new platforms; proficiency with social media- High level of customer service; discretion and confidentiality; able to work nights/weekends; sense of humorTerms & Compensation:- Part-time, 32 hours per week- $65,000–$85,000, salary commensurate with experience- Position start date: July 1, 2026
