R&R is a lab for Rest and Rejuvenation focused on nonprofit professionals and other do-gooders. The organization designs rest-focused interventions such as sabbatical grants, BREAKWEEK organizational closures, and public Walkshops to address burnout and workplace sustainability. It develops research and resources on sabbaticals, parental leave, and organizational culture with an explicit equity lens for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, disabled, and women leaders. R&R also offers coaching, consulting, training, and Glimmer card tools that help individuals and teams integrate short, accessible practices of rest into daily work and life.
