  •       Coordinate participating schools, Prizmah staff, and external partners, proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions when challenges arise.

Recruit, Onboard, and Support Schools

Develop Reporting and Present Findings

  •       Coordinate school dashboards and prepare school-specific findings presentations that highlight key findings, areas of strength, opportunities for improvement, and relevant benchmarks.

  •       Present high-level findings to school leadership teams and facilitate conversations that help leaders understand their results and consider implications for school improvement and strategy.

Strengthen the Parent Survey Process

  •       Identify opportunities to improve communications, onboarding, customization, reporting, presentations, and other aspects of the school experience.

  •       Develop and improve systems, templates, and workflows that make the project more consistent, efficient, and replicable from year to year.

Qualifications

  •       At least five to ten years of relevant experience in project management, program implementation, consulting, education, research, or a related field.

  •       Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects involving multiple organizations, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.

  •       Comfort and experience working with survey findings, dashboards, descriptive data, and data-informed presentations.

  •       Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience
