Park Slope Jewish Center is an egalitarian Conservative synagogue located at 1320 Eighth Avenue in South Slope, Brooklyn, New York City. PSJC is a diverse, thriving Jewish congregation in the heart of Brownstone Brooklyn, under the leadership of Rabbi Carie Carter. We are a highly participatory, fully egalitarian, liberal Jewish community affiliated with the Conservative Movement. We warmly encourage families and individuals of all ages, gender identity, races, abilities, cultural backgrounds, and interfaith couples to join us in our beautiful synagogue on 14th Street and Eighth Avenue in Park Slope, when we can safely be together, and on Zoom in times when safety requires us to remain physically apart. Our members include artists, musicians, graduate students, yoga instructors, bankers, writers, social workers, rabbis, teachers, and more, ranging in age from infancy to retirement.
