Ovation Communities is seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Service that is a licensed Registered Nurse who supports the Director of Clinical Services in overseeing the clinical operations of Chai Point. This role ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and adherence to best clinical practices. The ADCS serves as a clinical leader, mentor, and resource to nursing staff while promoting a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing all clinical services to ensure safe, effective, and person-centered care.
- Participate in resident assessments, service plan development, and ongoing evaluations.
- Support the scheduling, supervision, coaching, and evaluation of nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and RAs.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations and policies.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and coverage to meet resident care needs.
- Address resident and family concerns related to clinical care in collaboration with the Director.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in assisted living, long-term care, memory care or home care.
Prior supervisory or management experience (Preferred).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Licenses & Certifications: Current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin
Other: Must maintain complete confidentiality and discretion.
Read, write and speak the English language.
