This is a remote, full-time position based in the United States and in the eastern time zone and reports to our Director of Project Management.

What You’ll Do:

Project Planning and Delivery

  • Own end-to-end project management for initiatives across the organization, from kickoff through completion
  • Translate ideas and goals into clear project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and task structures
  • Track progress, risks, dependencies, and changes, adjusting plans as needed
  • Drive projects to on-time delivery while balancing quality, scope, and capacity

Embedded and Cross-Divisional Support

  • Serve as a dedicated Project Manager for a specific division when assigned
  • Support day-to-day project execution, coordination, and prioritization within that division
  • Provide temporary or ongoing project management capacity during high-volume or high-complexity periods
  • Transition smoothly between embedded assignments and cross-divisional projects as organizational needs shift

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Coordinate projects that span multiple teams or divisions
  • Facilitate collaboration, handoffs, and shared accountability across stakeholders
  • Help clarify roles, responsibilities, ownership, and decision-making
  • Identify and help resolve cross-team dependencies, blockers, and bottlenecks

Communication and Stakeholder Management

  • Lead project check-ins, planning sessions, and working meetings
  • Document decisions, action items, timelines, and next steps
  • Provide clear, concise status updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Proactively surface risks, tradeoffs, and timeline or scope impacts

Systems, Tools, and Process

  • Use project management tools to ensure visibility, accountability, and consistency
  • Maintain organized project documentation and reporting
  • Apply shared project management standards while adapting to division-specific workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve templates, processes, and ways of working across the organization

Requirements

What You Have:

Necessary for Success:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or a closely related role
  • Experience working in a multi-team or matrixed environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving project scopes
  • Experience using project management tools to track work, timelines, and dependencies

Strongly Preferred (but not Required):

  • Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management platforms
  • Experience embedding within teams or supporting multiple functional areas simultaneously
  • Experience in mission-driven, creative, or fast-paced organizations
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Who You Are:

  • Highly adaptable and comfortable flexing across different teams, projects, and priorities
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate issues and move work forward
  • Collaborative and relationship-driven, building trust across teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a high standard for execution
