The National Jewish Advocacy Center (NJAC) is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal with experience in both state and federal actions. (To support our efforts, please like, comment on, and share this post.)

NJAC, a nonprofit organization, leverages the legal system to combat antisemitism by aggressively prosecuting acts of hate, assisting the community with legal representation, training the next generation of civil rights advocates and engaging law makers, community organizations and other stakeholders.

Since its founding in 2020, NJAC has become a recognized leader in combating antisemitism by developing and supporting innovative legal solutions that drive change.

What you will do:

In this remote, full-time role, you will:

· Support attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, including case management, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial work.

· Draft, proof, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.

· Manage large volumes of documents and evidence, including e-discovery and document production.

· Assist with legal and factual research.

· Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel.

· Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and litigation databases.

· Assist with deposition, hearing, and trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness binders, and trial notebooks.

You have:

· A strong desire to support the mission of NJAC.

· Minimum of two years of experience as a litigation paralegal.

· Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.

· Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures.

· Experience with case management software, e-discovery tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a remote-only setting.
