ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Israel Bonds is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Registered Representative (Financial Sales/Account Manager) to join its Philadelphia regional office. This role is ideal for a passionate advocate for Israel with strong relationship-building and event-planning skills, as well as experience in financial sales or institutional advancement.

The Registered Representative will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of investors across Pennsylvania, soliciting and closing investments in Israel Bonds, and working closely with lay leaders to drive engagement and sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Investor Management & Business Development

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of existing Israel Bonds investors
  • Identify and engage new investors through proactive outreach and networking
  • Solicit and close individual, institutional, and organizational investments in Israel Bonds
  • Provide exceptional stewardship and ongoing engagement to investors

Event Planning & Community Engagement

  • Plan and execute impactful events that inspire and connect individuals to Israel Bonds
  • Represent Israel Bonds at regional events in Philadelphia and across Pennsylvania
  • Work collaboratively with lay leaders to strengthen engagement and sales efforts

Sales Strategy & Performance Tracking

  • Consistently track and report progress toward sales and engagement goals
  • Develop and execute creative strategies to expand investor participation
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven success in sales, fundraising, or financial services, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Passion for Israel and a deep understanding of its history and current geo-political landscape
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to engage and steward investors and community leaders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to solicit and close investments
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, lay leaders, and investors
  • Ability to plan and execute high-impact events that drive engagement and investment
  • Previous FINRA certifications (SIE, Series 7, Series 63) a plus; training and support provided if not yet obtained

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree required

LOCATION & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in Lower Merion, PA with regional travel as needed
  • Hybrid work environment (Four days per week in office)
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed to support events and investor outreach

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year + discretionary bonus opportunities
