Opportunity Overview

If you have previous experience directing/leading staff in a non-profit organization, general big-picture financial knowledge, and understanding of GL, this could be your opportunity to help a thriving congregation continue its exciting growth trajectory. You will work in an engaging and extremely inclusive community with very supportive clergy and lay leadership.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate must have the ability to take ownership and be a self-directed self-starter, be a strategic thinker, and have the ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team. With responsibility for all program areas, the Director will execute all areas of need for the organization including management in the following areas:

  • Fiscal
  • Operational
  • Program Development
  • Community Relations
  • Board Relations

Experience with Quick Books and Shul Cloud desirable. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends. Supervision for a staff of three.
