Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Department: Mozaic Concierge Living

Supervisor: Director of Sales and Marketing

Job Objective:

Supports the ongoing efforts of the sales team in introducing to prospective residents and their families. Enables sales team members to meet and exceed sales goals for presales to move-ins.

Full-time 40 hr. Days

This position is located in Stamford, CT

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years' experience in office management or similar involvement. Demonstrated interest in continued growth and learning

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Take responsibility for providing superior hospitality to prospective residents and other guests.
  2. Understand the minimum sales targets throughout the development life cycle while assisting sales team achieve them.
  3. Receive initial inquiries over the phone and internet, entering into CRM.
  4. Make reminder and follow up calls relative to events and other needs.
  5. Ensure the office is fully stocked with supplies, collateral material and other items necessary for the sales function.
  6. Make deposits and handle transactions accurately on the day on which they occur, including cancellations.
  7. Set up and manage prospective resident files.
  8. Maintain all sales reports, CRM reports, Engrain, Mailing and Suppression Lists
  9. Maintain Facebook page daily
  10. Manage the response and fulfillment of collateral for all inquiries.
  11. Coordinate and take part in events to promote the opportunity to prospective residents and influencers.
  12. Manage the timely processing of the departmental accounts payable against budgeted spend down schedule.
  13. Understand departmental sales goals and actively contribute towards achieving those goals.
  14. Ben an active member of the team, participating in strategic discussion, training sessions and other exercises aimed at understanding the customer and markeUcompetitve forces.
  15. Self-directed with a high detail orientation and organizational skills including commitment to accuracy.
