**Job Description**As Strategic Planning Manager, you will be part of supporting and shaping Mosaic United’s direction, working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer (currently the Interim CEO) to bring vision to life. This role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating across departments to ensure our work is strategic, data-driven, and impactful.Ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on research and problem-solving, this position offers meaningful exposure to all aspects of the organization, advise and support leadership, and be part of a team that is strengthening Jewish identity and connection to Israel among Jews around the world. The position requires both big picture thinking, as well as attention to detail, and includes writing, editing, and administrative tasks.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct research on potential areas of intervention, including market analysis, target audience identification, key organizations assessment and potential investor research- Work on the development of innovative concepts and plans for interventions- Develop goals, targets, key performance indicators and models for evaluation including quantitative and qualitative metrics- Implement Mosaic’s survey and research initiatives- Advise and support Mosaic’s leadership on trends, challenges and strategic directions- Support the CSO in writing, editing, research, and other administrative tasks- Support the strategic alignment and planning of existing and nascent Mosaic projects- Collaborate and consult with Mosaic departments on research, evaluation and measurement.- Cooperate on general Mosaic United activities and initiatives**Desired Experience and Characteristics**:- Fluent Hebrew and English- Extremely detail-oriented- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Jewish nonprofit, education, engagement, think-tank, communal or related organization- Relevant academic degree- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong research and analytical abilities- Ability to work effectively within timelines and with multiple stakeholders- Highly self-motivated and self-directed; with the ability to set and achieve goals independently- Deep familiarity with the Jewish world and global Jewry- Passionate about Mosaic United’s mission and vision, Jewish identity, and Israel education- Ability to work full-time in a hybrid office environment in Jerusalem- May require unconventional hours due to time zone differences**Compensation**: 13,000-15,000 NIS monthly, commensurate with experience.**To apply, send your CV with the subject line “Strategy” to** [jobs@mosaicunited.org](mailto:jobs@mosaicunited.org)
