About Us:

We are excited to announce the opening of a brand new, high-quality special needs preschool into the heart of the community. The mission of the Adler Special Children’s School is to create an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child receives individualized attention so they can thrive and reach their fullest potential.

We Are Looking for:

A dedicated and detail-oriented office worker to be a part of the who is committed to contributing to the inaugural team of this new center-based program. The ideal candidate will be able to support the daily operations of the program and ensure that there is smooth communication between staff, families, school districts, and members of the community. This candidate will have a combination of strong administrative skills, empathy, and professionalism to create a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as the first point of contact for parents and visitors providing friendly and professional assistance.

· Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence.

· Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for administration.

· Prepare, organize and maintain confidential student records including IEP (Individual Educational Plans) documents, attendance logs, and assessment reports in compliance with privacy regulations.

· Support educational staff with special education documentation and compliance requirements.

· Create and distribute enrollment packets to families of new students; ensure all required forms are completed, signed, and filed into each child’s record.

· Work closely with school districts and bus companies to coordinate and verify safe, effective bus routing for students.

· Qualifications:

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).

· Previous experience working in an educational office, experience in a special educational setting is a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and calendar systems.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
