At The Mid-Island Y JCC we are dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education in a nurturing and stimulating environment. Our mission is to help children grow, learn, and thrive during their crucial early years. We are currently seeking a passionate and caring Toddler Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

· Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment for Toddlers.

· Develop and implement age-appropriate activities to promote child development.

· Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning.

· Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and daily activities.

· Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.

Qualifications:

· CDA Child Development Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's Degree.

· Previous experience working with Toddlers in an early childhood education setting.

· Strong passion for early childhood development and education

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
