Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate bank and account reconciliations.
• Oversee reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure compliance with donor restrictions for endowments and grants.
• Work with grant managers on proper revenue and expenditure recording.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in audits.
• Support financial planning and year-end closing.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of nonprofit or grant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit financial standards.
• Preferred experience in higher education and Ellucian Colleague.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• CPA certification is a plus.
