We're Hiring: Early Childhood Teacher (Two-Year-Old Class)

Due to increased enrollment, Mercaz Academy is opening a second toddler classroom!

Mercaz Academy, a vibrant and growing coed Orthodox Jewish day school in Plainview, Long Island, is seeking a warm, passionate Early Childhood Teacher for our two-year-old class for the 2026-2027 school year.

At Mercaz Academy, we believe the earliest years lay the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. We are looking for a nurturing educator who will create a joyful, engaging classroom where children feel safe, loved, and excited to explore the world around them.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Certification required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
