Mercaz Academy, a warm and growing coeducational Orthodox elementary school in Plainview, Long Island, is seeking an exceptional Sixth Grade Rebbe (half or full day position) for the upcoming school year.

Mercaz Academy, a vibrant and growing coed yeshiva just a short drive from the heart of the Five Towns/Far Rockaway/Queens community, is aseeking warm, passionate Elementary School Morah for the 2026-2027 school year.

The rebbe's responsibilities include:

• Creating a welcoming, warm, nurturing and positive classroom environment.
• Differentiating instruction to meet the learning styles of every student.
• Actively participating in the Professional Learning Community.
• Implementing the school’s standards-based Religious Studies curriculum.
• Planning and implementing rigorous lessons and homework that actively engage students.
• Creatively facilitating hands-on experiences while actively working with students; making the classroom an exciting place to learn.
• Maintaining open and ongoing communication with families.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
