JStage is seeking a reliable scenic carpenter to help construct set pieces for two productions: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (work begins Fall 2026; runs January 2027) and The Wizard of Oz (work begins Spring 2027; runs April 2027). Competitive compensation ($2,000 stipend per show). Sign on for one or both productions; flexible scheduling; beautiful 488-seat performance space; award-winning theatre; fun, collaborative environment. Qualifications: basic construction experience (required); theatrical production experience (preferred); proficiency with power tools; reliable transportation; punctuality; strong work ethic; ability to work independently.
