Year-round Swim Instructors for the Merage JCC. Instructors implement a curriculum for individual swim instruction focused on safety and skill development; maintain integrity, safety, and values in every interaction with children, parents, and staff.Qualifications: Swimming/Teaching 2 years (Preferred) or equivalent; 18+ and HS graduate; fun, friendly, outgoing; reliable; energetic; great team player; experience with swimming or children (ideally both). Responsibilities include arriving 15 minutes early; staff uniform; responding to emails/calls; setting up teaching areas; cleaning/maintaining pool areas; knowledge of progression/curriculum; updating parents consistently; and delivering strong customer service.Benefits/Pay: $18–$20/hour; after 90 days, opportunity for commission-based pay up to $24/hour; great work environment; year-round positions; flexible scheduling after 90 days; teamwork; rewarding experience.For more information contact chrisd@jccoc.org.
