DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement and lead Group Cycling classes; orient, motivate, and safely instruct participants; enforce policies/procedures; promote programs; coordinate with supervisor on program info/class changes/member service issues; set up/dismantle equipment; document/report incidents; follow/enforce safety regulations; act with honesty, ethics, and professionalism.REQUIRED SKILLS: Group Cycling and/or Spin certified; CPR and First Aid; prior experience leading Group Cycling or exercise instruction; ability to positively motivate participants; excellent verbal communication; strong customer/results orientation; ability to interact effectively across ages/levels/cultures.
