JDiscovery offers STEM-based childcare for ages 18 months to 8 years while parents use the fitness center. Role includes hosting birthday parties on weekends.Key Responsibilities: Birthday party and weekend event facilitation; organize sports/pool games; manage snack bar; plan and facilitate parties. Childcare and supervision with a focus on safety. Activity design and facilitation of STEAM-based activities. Administrative duties (payments, logging entrants, addressing member concerns). Customer service and representation. Maintenance and safety.Qualifications: Strong customer service; childcare/early childhood or related experience; understanding of STEAM; organizational and communication skills; flexible schedule incl. weekends/holidays; if under 18, work permit required; LiveScan, CPR, AED, First Aid (or obtain upon hire).Working Conditions: Indoor/outdoor including poolside; physical activity setting up equipment and leading games.
