Year-round Swim Instructors for a community aquatic program. Implement curriculum with individualized plans for water safety and skill development; maintain integrity, safety, and positive interactions with children, parents, and staff. Desired: 2 years swimming/teaching (or equivalent), age 18+, fun and outgoing, reliable, energetic, team player, experience with swimming and/or children. Pay: $18–$20/hour with opportunity for commission up to $24/hour after 90 days. Benefits: great work environment, year-round positions, flexibility after 90 days, teamwork, rewarding experience. Expectations: arrive 15 minutes early, wear staff shirt, handle basic calls/emails, set up/clean pool areas, address parent questions and provide updates.
