Year-round Swim Instructors for the Merage JCC with a supportive staff and aquatic culture. Instructors implement curriculum and individualized plans for swim instruction to promote lifelong safety in/around water; maintain integrity, safety, and values in all interactions. Seeking: 2 years swimming/teaching (preferred) or equivalent; 18+ and HS graduate; fun, friendly, outgoing; reliable; energetic; team player; experience with swimming and/or children. Benefits: $18–$20/hr; commission-based pay up to $24/hr after 90 days; great work environment; year-round positions (set your schedule after 90 days); teamwork; rewarding experiences. Responsibilities include punctuality, uniform, communication with parents, setup/cleanup, curriculum knowledge, and consistent updates.
