Seeking year-round Swim Instructors at the Merage JCC. Instructors implement curriculum with individual plans for swim instruction to enable lifetime safety in/around water, maintaining integrity, safety and values with children, parents, and staff. Qualifications: 2 years swimming/teaching preferred or equivalent; 18+ and HS graduate; fun, friendly, outgoing; reliable; energetic; team player; experience with swimming or children (ideally both). Benefits: $18–$20/hr; after 90 days commission-based pay up to $24/hr; great work environment; year-round positions; flexible scheduling; teamwork; rewarding experience. Responsibilities: arrive 15 minutes early; wear uniform; answer emails/calls; set up teaching areas; clean/maintain pool areas; know progression/personal plan curriculum; contact parents with updates.
