DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement and lead Group Cycling classes; Orient, motivate and safely instruct members in our Group Cycling classes; Enforce member service operations policies and procedures; Promote programs to members and participants; Work with supervisor regarding program information, class changes, and member service issues; Set-up and dismantle equipment where needed; Document and/or report incidents; Follow and enforce safety regulations and other policies and procedures; Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.REQUIRED SKILLS: Must be Group Cycling and/or Spin certified; CPR and First Aid certifications required; Prior experience leading a Group Cycling class or in exercise instruction; Ability to positively motivate members/children/participants; Excellent verbal communication skills; Strong customer and results orientation; Ability to interact effectively at all ages, levels and across diverse cultures.PREFERRED SKILLS: Basic certificate courses from accredited agencies such as AFAA, ACE, etc.For more information contact debbief@jccoc.org
