Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Implement and lead Group Cycling classes; orient, motivate and safely instruct members; enforce member service operations policies and procedures; promote programs; coordinate class information/changes and member service issues with supervisor; set up/dismantle equipment; document/report incidents; follow/enforce safety regulations and policies; carry out responsibilities honestly, ethically, and professionally. Required Skills: Must be Group Cycling and/or Spin certified; CPR and First Aid certifications required; prior experience leading Group Cycling or exercise instruction; ability to positively motivate participants; excellent verbal communication; strong customer/results orientation; ability to interact effectively across ages, levels, and diverse cultures.
