Implement and lead Group Cycling classes; motivate and safely instruct participants; enforce policies; promote programs; coordinate class updates with supervisor; set up/dismantle equipment; document incidents; follow safety procedures and act ethically. Required: Group Cycling/Spin certification; CPR and First Aid; prior Group Cycling or exercise instruction experience; ability to positively motivate participants; excellent verbal communication; strong customer/results orientation; ability to interact across ages, levels, and cultures.
