Day-to-day: implement and lead Group Cycling classes; orient, motivate, and safely instruct members; enforce policies; promote programs; coordinate with supervisor on info/changes/service issues; set up/dismantle equipment; document/report incidents; follow/enforce safety; act with honesty and professionalism. Required: Group Cycling and/or Spin certification; CPR/First Aid; prior group cycling or exercise instruction experience; ability to motivate participants; excellent verbal communication; strong customer/results orientation; ability to interact across ages/levels/cultures.
