Ideal for a senior college or master’s student pursuing physical education/sports/kinesiology, available afternoons, 8–10 hours/week. Merage JCC is a fast-paced, family-oriented non-profit with Orange County’s finest afterschool program, Club J. Responsibilities: Provide fun, engaging sport activities in a safe environment that promote teamwork, skill building, and respect; provide curriculum and lesson plans; maintain equipment and set up for all Sports Programs. Goal: Help students develop self-confidence in sports performance. Experience: Sports coaching experience (paid or volunteer) or a level one coaching qualification/qualified course credits. Skills: Self-motivated with the ability to enthuse a wide range of participants.
