Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. Merage JCC of Orange County operates a fast-paced, family-oriented afterschool program Club J and summer camp Camp Haverim. Employees can use facilities. Club J offers 18–24 enrichment classes per 8-week session. Role assists instructors and programming. Qualifications: strong customer service; self-motivated and engaging; organizational and multitasking skills; strong communication; experience in childcare/ECE or related; Work Permit if under 18; LiveScan, CPR, AED, First Aid or willing to obtain. Physical Demands: talk/hear; use of hands; reach; occasional lifting 10–40 lbs; standing up to 4 hours with breaks; squatting/bending/stooping; overhead reaching; pushing/pulling 10 lbs; vision requirements.
