Each enrichment class is run by a qualified educator/instructor with specialized skills.Qualifications: Counselor/ Staff will assist instructors and be responsible to assist in programming. Strong customer service skills, including an outgoing personality, friendly disposition, self-confidence, and maturity. Must be self-motivated, engaging, and have the ability to enthuse a wide range of participants. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field. If under 18 years old, must provide a Work Permit from your high school.
