JDiscovery offers captivating STEM-based childcare program specifically designed for children aged 18 months to 8 years old. Our facility allows parents and guardians to engage in their fitness routines at the center while children enjoy an interactive environment focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) through enriching activities. This role also includes hosting birthday parties on weekends.Key Responsibilities: Birthday Party Facilitation and Weekend Event Facilitation; Childcare and Supervision; Activity Design and Facilitation; Administrative Duties; Customer Service and Representation; Maintenance and Safety.Qualifications: Confident, strong customer service skills; Experience in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field; Strong understanding of STEAM education principles; Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; If under 18, must provide a Work Permit; LiveScan, CPR, AED and First Aid certified or willing to complete upon hire.Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor environments, including poolside areas.Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 per hourFor more information, contact andreag@jccoc.org.
