Plan and teach engaging cooking classes for children and adults under the guidance of the Culinary Arts Director; develop curriculum, research trends, type and update recipes, manage registrations and inventory, test and prep ingredients, and maintain a sanitary, safe teaching kitchen. Requires excellent organization, communication, customer service, and the ability to work independently and in a team; some evenings/weekends. No supervisory responsibilities; reports to the Culinary Arts Director. Skills: innovative, MS Office/social media proficiency, budget awareness. Education/experience: undergraduate-level culinary education or equivalent and minimum 2 years working with children. Physical: standing, walking, lifting 25–50 lbs, typical indoor environment with moderate noise; some outdoor events. Schedule: Day shift 31–40 hours weekly; evenings as needed.
