Key areas: Strategic Leadership &amp; Vision; Board Engagement &amp; Governance; Organizational Management &amp; Staff Development; Operational Oversight; Planning, Development &amp; Growth; Community Relations. Primary qualifications include 10+ years of executive leadership in Jewish nonprofit or related communal organizations, fundraising expertise, financial/operational management, and strong commitment to Judaism and Israel.
