Masa Israel OverviewMasa Israel Journey’s mission is to provide every Jewish young adult age 18–35 with the opportunity to participate in one of more than 200 programs in Israel (6 weeks to 10 months), spanning gap-year, study abroad, career development, and community service, to forge a lasting connection with Israel and Jewish life.Job Summary OverviewThe Alumni Engagement and National Projects Manager drives strategic initiatives across North America, leading alumni engagement, overseeing national projects, and fostering partnerships. Requires an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, strong educator background, and a passion for relationship-building.Key ResponsibilitiesAlumni Engagement and Professional Networking:- Develop strategies to engage Masa alumni as Jewish professionals across industries.- Collaborate with alumni associations, professional networks, and industry partners to create networking, professional development, and mentorship opportunities.- Leverage alumni expertise to guide current participants and provide career pathway insights.National Projects Oversight:- Manage day-to-day operations of key national projects, including the Masa Campus Internship Program and Alumni Ambassadors.- Monitor program budgets, allocations, and expenditures to ensure efficient resource utilization.- Collaborate with marketing to analyze program data and provide regular reports to the Executive Director of North America.Partnerships & Development:- Cultivate and maintain partnerships within the Jewish communal world to increase program participation.- Establish collaborations with national organizations, campus career centers, and study abroad offices; translate national strategies into localized initiatives.- Work closely with the Chief Development Officer to support alumni engagement in development efforts.National Events Management:- Build an annual calendar of national and alumni events with the North American team.- Lead event operations and execution.- Partner with marketing to leverage events for lead generation and partnership engagement.Alumni Digital Marketing:- Manage creation and distribution of the monthly Masa Alumni eNewsletter.- Collaborate with the digital marketing team on engaging digital content.- Highlight alumni success stories across marketing channels.Job Requirements- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s a plus (business, marketing, education, or communications preferred).- Minimum 2 years’ experience within the Jewish community, particularly in national-scale initiatives.- Prior Israel-related experience required.- Proven project management experience.- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and well-organized.- Hebrew proficiency is an advantage.Salary Range (Annual): $65,000–$75,000
