The MMJCCM is looking for a resourceful and systems forward Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Operations Coordinator supports the daily operations of the JCC, ensuring the smooth functioning of both building and program activities. As a key member of the Program Operations team, this role serves as the primary daily point of contact for JCC and maintenance staff, coordinating program and facility needs to support efficient, seamless operations. The Operations Coordinator collaborates closely with the Program Operations Director and Space Operations Manager to develop and implement systems that streamline workflows, enhance communication, and improve overall operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, with an understanding of building and operational needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the maintenance vendor (currently Elite Maintenance), supporting onsite staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Partner with the Operations Manager to manage maintenance staff schedules, checklists, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with JCC program staff to ensure Personify reservations accurately reflect program setup and staffing requirements
- Work closely with the Program Operations Director to assess current operational practices and recommend strategic improvements
- Coordinate with Facilities to ensure the building remains clean, safe, and fully operational
- Prepare, maintain, and update clear, accurate operational documentation and reports
- Conduct daily building walk-throughs and maintain an ongoing log of maintenance and operational issues
- Proactively identify operational challenges and resolve issues efficiently and in a timely manner

COMPENSATION
This position offers a compensation of $55,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience.
