The MJCCA is seeking a Swim Instructor

Requirements:

• Lead small groups of swimmers through a series of progressively challenging swim skills.
• Plan and effectively organize class time through lesson plans.
• Teach and lead with encouragement and positive reinforcement.
• Communicate with parents and swimmers on progress towards goals.
• Enforce all facility policies, rules, and regulations.
• Communicate with parents and management on schedule changes.
• Check in/cancel/reschedule lessons in the Pike13 app daily.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of swimming skills and mechanics.
• Excellent communication skills with children and adults.
• Comfortable working with children of all ages.
• Ability to lead and motivate.
• CPR / AED preferred (we provide an in-house certification if needed).
