<div> Responsibilities <ul id="isPasted"> <li>Assist in coaching our Zaban Sharks swim team program under the supervision of the Head Coach.</li> <li>Present on deck at practices and work with specific age groups to help our swimmers develop competitive skills.</li> <li>﻿Being flexible to work during evenings, mornings, and weekends in alignment with practice and swim meet schedules.</li> <li>Closely with other coaching staff to maintain a consistent training approach across all age groups.</li> <li>﻿Being dedicated to promoting a positive attitude, academic achievement, and personal growth among team members.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul id="isPasted"> <li>Prior experience in coaching swim teams.</li> <li>﻿﻿Profound expertise in competitive swimming techniques.</li> <li>﻿﻿Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with program participants, parents, and members.</li> <li>Current CPR/AED Certification (Adult and Pediatric) required.</li> <li>﻿﻿Possession of all necessary coaching certifications (USA Swimming, ASCA), or willing to get certified within the first 6 months of employment.</li> <li>﻿﻿High-school diploma.</li> </ul> Pay - $20 per hour </div>
