Magen David Yeshivah **is looking for Full-Time Computer Teacher for Grades 6-8 for the 2022-2023 school year **at our Brooklyn school.

Our school is located in South Brooklyn. The school day runs from **8:00am - 4:45pm Monday - Thursday and 8:00am - 1:30pm on Fridays. **The school year is consistent with the Jewish calendar and closed during the summer.

Position Summary:

In a classroom environment, Teachers will plan and supervise a warm, nurturing developmentally appropriate environment for the development of the whole child while practicing Magen David Yeshivah’s high level of care and educational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Head Teacher will design and maintain a classroom environment that facilitates active, hands-on learning, group management, self-expression and choice, and inclusion of all children, parents, volunteers and staff.
• Communicate with parents and school counselors on student progress.
• Evaluate each student’s growth in knowledge and skills in the course being taught.

Qualifications:

• Head teacher should have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Candidates with a Master’s degree and teaching experience will be given preference.
