WHO WE ARE
M2: The Institute for Experiential Jewish Education’s mission is to promote a proud and inspired community of Jewish educators who possess the personal and professional capacities to help learners find meaning and relevance in Jewish life. We design and deliver high-caliber training programs and consulting services that strengthen educators and the organizations they serve. We care deeply about our work and about how we work.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing M²’s innovative work with Jewish organizations. Reporting to the Vice President of Partnerships, this position serves as the operational and relational backbone of The Compass — an exciting new strategic alignment tool built on the 18 Dimensions of Jewish Life Framework. The Compass is an innovative software platform that gathers data from participating organizations and provides reports and coaching to help them understand their constituents’ priorities, interests, and vision for Jewish life. Over time, this position will evolve to support additional initiatives related to the 18 Dimensions.
From managing systems and data to coordinating with partner organizations and supporting program logistics, the Program Coordinator ensures that every organization experiences a seamless, high-quality process. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by building relationships, keeping complex systems running smoothly, and taking genuine ownership of a growing initiative. If you derive satisfaction from organized records, timely follow-through, well-supported partners, and initiatives that run with precision and care, this role will be fulfilling.
