Our mission is to provide high-quality early childhood education that supports the emotional, cognitive, and social development of infants and toddlers. We are looking for a dedicated Infant & Toddler Educator to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of young learners.

Position Overview: As an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of children under three years old. You will work closely with children, families, and other educators to create a warm, enriching environment that supports the developmental needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and responsive care to infants and toddlers in accordance with their individual needs.
  • Implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Foster a nurturing and supportive environment, ensuring each child feels safe and valued.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child’s progress and development.
  • Observe and document children's developmental milestones and behaviors.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with young preschoolers in an educational or caregiving setting.
  • A deep understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with young preschoolers in a group care setting.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
