Kellman Brown Academy is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures academic excellence and the social-emotional growth of every child. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our K-3 team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, student-centered educator who holds a valid teaching certificate for grades K-3. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and a commitment to early childhood education, while delivering high-quality instruction aligned with state standards and school curriculum.

Responsibilities:

• Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in core subject areas
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Assess student progress regularly and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration
• Collaborate with grade-level and support teams
• Participate in school-wide events and professional development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Strong knowledge of child development and early literacy/numeracy skills
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Experience with differentiated instruction and inclusive practices preferred
