JSSA Hospice is looking for a full time Office Manager/Team Coordinator to work closely with the Clinical Director of the Hospice program and other members of the Hospice Team in our Northern Virginia office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides admin support with all office related tasks to support the Hospice clinical team and Sr. Program Director.
  • Serves as the Hospice Database Coordinator and Superuser for the EMR.
  • Provides support with DME coordination.
  • Processes Medline orders monthly and maintains the supplies/supply room.
  • Reconciles and processes monthly invoices and credit card statements while working in conjunction with Agency’s Billing department.
  • Assists with CHAP Audits and Virginia State Surveys.
  • Coordinates and schedules quarterly Professional Advisory Committee meetings and attends quarterly QAPI meetings.
  • Processes and facilitates weekly IDT reports.
  • Manages the Hospice scheduling.
  • Maintains reports and staff listing for the Emergency Preparedness.
  • Updates/submits credentialing verification information as well as malpractice license to our vendors.
  • Collaborates regularly with HR for new hires onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field
  • 3-5 years of office management experience
  • 1 year of Hospice experience
  • Excellent communication, customer service and writing skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office 365
  • Working knowledge of Homecare Homebase Electronic Medical Record
