We are seeking a dynamic Development & Finance Manager to join our growing remote team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with our Director of Development, this role holds a pivotal position in JOIN’s expense and revenue systems management. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of experience with data management systems, an eye for continued improvement, and a collaborative team player mentality. The Development & Finance Manager will play a key role in identifying opportunities for expansion, assessing financial risks, and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance.
