Job Summary: A DSP supports adults with intellectual disabilities in their everyday lives. As a DSP, you will be a companion and a caregiver. You will be a teacher and a coach. You will help with activities of daily living including personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, recreational activities, and socialization. You will help others to live their best lives possible…and in doing so, will make your life better, too!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Flexible scheduling Pay Rate: $15/hour minimum starting rate, plus additional pay available for specified sites. Perks: Overtime hours and overtime pay available. Paid training: (CPR/First Aid, Med Passing) and Employee Referral Program

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluent in American Sign Language
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Clear background check
  • Current Ohio Driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Current automobile insurance strongly preferred.
