Are you a seasoned House Manager looking for career advancement?

Under the leadership of the Director of Residential Services, the Regional Coordinator is responsible for both client-related services and the day-to-day operations of the caseload in the assigned region.


Key responsibilities:

  • Oversight of Site Managers and Direct Support Professionals.
  • Assuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care related to person-served health and safety.
  • Fiscal and regulatory compliance.
  • Client programming.
  • Completing client assessments, gathering baseline data, reviewing client responses to services, and assisting in changing services as necessary.
  • Training the team on the client’s Individual Service Plan (ISP) and providing leadership and support to regional staff around the proper implementation of the ISP.

Education:

  • Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Services, Business Administration, or a related field of study with relevant experience.
  • Will consider a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in management in the field of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Intellectual Disabilities or related social services field.
  • At least 1 year of management experience.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Maintain both a valid Ohio Drivers License and a driving record that meets state regulations and JFSA’s insurance company standards.
  • Must have a reliable personal automobile available daily.
  • Maintain personal auto liability insurance at the level that JFSA’s requires for the Direct Support Provider job.
  • Complies with all essential training requirements and Annual Training, (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Delegated Nursing, CPI).
  • Clear background check.
  • Valid Ohio Counselor or Social Work License is a plus.
  • American Sign Language is a plus.

  • Motivation and ability to take initiative.
